Full Description Refundable Security Deposit (£399) To help protect our properties and provide peace of mind for both guests and hosts, all first-time AirStayz guests are required to pay a £399 refundable security deposit before their booking can be confirmed. This is not a booking fee and is fully refundable, provided the accommodation is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Your deposit will be refunded in full if: - The room is left clean and tidy. - No damage has occurred to the property or its contents. - All furniture, fixtures, keys and other items remain present and undamaged. - Shared areas used during your stay are left clean and respected. - All house rules and booking terms have been followed. Inspection & Refund Following your check-out, the property will be inspected by the host or property manager. If no issues are identified, your £399 security deposit will be refunded within 3–5 working days using your original payment method. Deductions Where applicable, reasonable deductions may be made for: - Damage to the property or furnishings - Missing items - Lost keys - Excessive cleaning beyond normal use - Breaches of house rules If the cost of repairs or replacements exceeds the security deposit, you may be liable for the remaining balance.
